She is a regularly featured Headline Performer and Instructor for multi-industry events, appearing on stages all over the United States. Mychelle is also a featured performer at Sacramento’s popular Kasbah Restaurant, where she can be seen monthly with Flowers of the Nile Band.
Mychelle draws on her background in the performance industry to make every show a collaborative, memorable, family-friendly experience; combining technique, humor, and empowered sensuality.
Mychelle is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates, and Group Exercise Instructor, with a specialization in Mat and Apparatus-based Pilates. She has been featured on local KCRA Channel 3, FOX 40 News, and Good Day Sacramento as an instructor and performer.

Movements were historically created to work those core feminine muscles such as, the Gluts (bottom), Oblique’s (stomach) and Quads (thighs). It is a great workout without even feeling like you’re exercising, once you get lost in the music and art form!

Belly Dance, like most other dance forms, allows your body to secrete endorphins and dopamine in your body – the ‘feel good’ hormones. Belly Dance incorporates many similar movements and postures of Yoga and Pilates that work the spine, knees and pelvic areas of the body. Your back, knees and pelvis are all conditioned to be in the correct stance for healthy execution of movements. Belly Dance works with the body instead of against it, by providing the correct alignment and poise for mobility and to relieve stress and tension within the body. You will gain flexibility and work to avoid any risk of injury so you can move to your full potential.
